NARMA | Tiltrotor VTOL Drones & Flight Control Software
Founded in 2018 as the first spin-off company of the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI), NARMA develops and manufactures electric tiltrotor VTOL drones and flight control software for industrial and public safety applications.
Building on KARI’s aerospace expertise and technologies, we developed the AF100 electric dual tilt-rotor drone, combining vertical takeoff and landing with efficient, high-speed forward flight. Our drones have demonstrated their capabilities through flight operations in the United States, Kenya, South Africa, and Indonesia.
From drone design and manufacturing to flight testing and operator training, NARMA provides integrated capabilities to support real-world missions, including surveillance, infrastructure inspection, emergency response, and delivery.
Our technology extends beyond the aircraft. PXN, NARMA’s PX4-compatible flight control software, supports real-time risk analysis and anomaly detection. By integrating tiltrotor drones, flight control software, AI, and drone stations, we develop autonomous flight systems for demanding operational environments.
